Classes
ABC INTERVALS are a mix of Interval style classes that run for 30 minutes or 45 minutes helping you burn calories, develop lean muscle, keeps your heart healthy & it's fun!
Every class is different as it's designed to challenge you with various formats, small equipment & timings.
These classes target all muscle groups for resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning & endurance. One of the many benefits of this style of group based training is that it suits all abilities & default exercises are always given so you work at your own level, providing you have no medical conditions or injuries that could impair you. Please contact your GP if you are unsure before you take part in any physical exercise.
