CLASSES

ABC INTERVALS are a mix of Interval style classes that run for 30 minutes or 45 minutes.  

 

By using your own body weight with cardiovascular moves & some equipment, you work in short intervals from one exercise to another with minimum rest in between for maximum fat burning fitness results & continue to burn these calories up to 48 hours after your workout!

 

This class caters for all levels, providing you have no medical conditions or injuries that could impair you.  Please contact your GP if you are unsure before you take part in any physical exercise.
