What are Absolute FIIT classes?

Absolute FIIT is a fun fitness class lead by Lisa from Absolute Body Conditioning who specialises in female fitness.

Functional training is where we use multiple muscle groups to utilise the whole body and to improve strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, core and putting the Fun into Functional Training.

Intervals are used in this workout ranging from 20 seconds to 60 seconds with little or no rest in between. These are all timed through the workout and change every session so you never know what timed pace you work at until you do the class.

Intensity is how hard you work during the class. Typically you work at your own level, I give you a choice of either explosive exercises, moderate or low intensity and depending on your own ability, you work at a level that suits you.

Training is simply what we do in a group based environment in a 45 minute class. Everyone has different goals when it comes to this class and all welcome whatever your ability or fitness level.

There are multiple benefits to this type of exercise class, improved mood and reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression. 

Women may find that participating in exercise classes helps them manage stress, boost their mood, and promote overall mental well-being

It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and bond over shared fitness goals.

Engaging in regular exercise classes often leads to adopting other healthy lifestyle habits, such as improved nutrition, better sleep patterns, and reduced sedentary behaviour.

In addition to cardiovascular health, muscular endurance, balance, core stability, and mental health and you have continued support, not only from your Fitness Instructor, but all members of this fun fitness group too.

      Thanks for your enquiry, unfortunately I currently only have classes in Bungay and Worlingham although that may change in the future.
