Early beginnings as a Fitness Instructor soon evoked an inner passion which evolved into a 20 year professional career.
Currently a Level 3 Personal Trainer with supporting qualifications in Kettlebells, Strength & Conditioning Fundamentals, Pre & Postnatal Fitness. MenoFit, 3rd Age Woman Transition online certification, specialising in training women from peri-menopause to post-menopause with their exercise and nutrition with an holistic approach.
I experienced the physical and mental benefits of my own self-transformation. I remain ever committed to my personal training and lifestyle choices. It is with this focus and understanding that I strive to motivate, inspire and instruct others to achieve their own personal fitness and nutritional goals.
