Absolute FIIT stands for Functional Interval Intensity Training. These classes focus on functional training, meaning every exercise helps improve real life strength, balance and movement. Using a mix of dumbbell exercises and bodyweight movements, we target all muscle groups while improving stamina and cardiovascular fitness.

Yes. If you have any medical conditions, injuries or health concerns, please consult your GP before attending. This ensures you can enjoy your workouts safely.
Absolutely! Our fitness classes for women welcome all ages and ability levels. Every exercise comes with a regression (easier option) and a progression (more challenging version), so you can train at a pace that feels right for you.
Wear loose, breathable clothing and a good pair of trainers. Comfort is key for moving freely and enjoying your workout.
We offer a free trial class so you can try Absolute FIIT with no pressure. If you enjoy the session and want to continue, your Instructor will guide you through the membership options.
Not at all. Our memberships run in flexible 5 week blocks which roll over automatically but can be cancelled at any time.
Yes. After your free trial, if the current block is already underway, you’ll only pay for the remaining weeks. Your membership will then continue seamlessly from the next block.
Payments do not carry over, but don’t worry, you can make up your missed session by attending one of the other available classes within the same 5 week period. Please note that classes are non refundable.
If a class is fully booked, you’ll be notified by email and offered the chance to join our waiting list. Sometimes spaces do become available, and if they do, we’ll contact you straight away to offer you the spot.
Yes. Please bring:
- A pair of dumbbells
- An exercise mat
- A water bottle
No equipment is provided at the venue, so having your own set ensures you get the best from your workout.
If you’re new to strength training classes, start with 2kg dumbbells. As your strength and endurance improve, you can progress to 3kg or 4kg weights.

Yes. For insurance purposes, the minimum age to attend is 14. Our participants currently range from 18 to 70+, proving that fitness is possible and enjoyable, at any stage of life.
