What are Absolute FIIT classes?

Absolute FIIT is a fun, supportive fitness class led by Lisa from Absolute Body Conditioning, who specialises in female fitness.

FIIT stands for Functional Interval Intensity Training. The sessions are designed to work the whole body, combining strength, movement, cardio, core stability and mobility into one varied 45 minute class.

The “functional” part means the exercises are designed to support everyday movement, using multiple muscle groups to help improve strength, balance and overall fitness. The “interval” element keeps each workout fresh, with timed exercises and short rest periods that change from session to session.

Each class allows you to work at your own level. Whether you prefer low impact, moderate intensity or something more challenging, we will guide you through options that suit your ability and fitness level.

As well as supporting physical fitness, Absolute FIIT classes are a great way to boost your mood, meet new people and enjoy exercising in a friendly group environment. Everyone has different goals, and all abilities are welcome.
